Features:
- Applies the diameter-variation back high yarn tank, effects a fully logic match of mean circle feed package as a characteristic highlight of this machine.
- A servo motor cross motion device is applied for the winding formation yarn-moving rod, bringing high speed, top precision, meeting the requirement by the low twist yarn but high spindle speed for the cross motion speed.
- The friction roller is driven by a servo motor along with PLC control and every actual moment closed loop monitoring on the running of each technological parameter.
- Touch screen is applied for parameter-setting, displaying, allowing to set the twist and spindle speed quickly and easily as well as change the parameter values during the machinery running.
- The frequency converter is applied to regulate the spindle speed.
